Extra Lesson

Movement and Learning (Extra Lesson) is an innovative and dynamic program designed to develop the child’s physical, intellectual, and emotional wellbeing. Movement and Learning has been successfully adapted to a group setting, where the emphasis is on participation and enjoyment of ‘brain enhancing’ activities, such as copper rods, beanbags, balancing, floor exercises, painting, and drawing games. Each movement game combines with spoken poetry, rhymes, and tongue twisters. This program is offered as a component of the Steiner-inspired curriculum in Class 2.
